These are working templates, not files to download: the sheet you see on each page is the sheet that prints. Adjust the columns and rows to match a 30-per-sheet, 80-per-sheet, or any other label pack, turn the cutting borders on or off, and the print stylesheet sizes the labels in inches so they come out at physical size. Because label brands differ slightly, print one test page on plain paper and check the alignment before running your real label sheets.

How to fill in and print your labels

Set the grid to your sheet. Pick the label closest to what you need, then set Columns and Rows to match the sheet in your printer. The count on the label box tells you the grid: a 30-per-sheet pack is 3 columns × 10 rows, an 80-per-sheet pack is 4 × 20, and a sheet of 10 is usually 2 × 5. Turn Borders on when you'll cut the labels apart, off for peel-and-stick sheets with die-cut edges.

Choose how the text fills. "Same text on every label" gives you one box that copies to all cells — right for return addresses or a repeated shop name. "Type each label separately" makes every cell its own editable box, so you can tab through and enter a different name tag, place card, file name, or price on each one. Adjust the text size so longer lines don't clip inside the cell.

Print at actual size. Always print one test page on plain paper first. In the print dialog set the scale to 100% or "Actual size" — never "Fit to page," which resizes the grid and throws off every label. Hold the test page against your blank label sheet, up to a window, to check the cells land inside the die-cut labels. These are adjustable templates rather than brand-locked clones, so matching a specific sheet may need a small nudge to the rows, columns, text size, or printer margins. Once one sheet lines up, the rest match.

Common questions

Will these line up with my label sheet? Usually, with a small adjustment. The templates aren't locked to one brand, so start from the grid that matches your label count, print a plain-paper test, and tweak the rows, columns, or printer margins until the boxes sit inside your labels.

Can I put the same text on every label? Yes. Choose "Same text on every label" and type once — it fills all cells at once. To make each label different, switch to "Type each label separately" and click into each cell.

How do I print at the right size? Set the print scale to 100% or "Actual size" and turn off "Fit to page." The sheet is sized in inches, so labels come out at true physical size rather than shrunk to the margins.

Can I save a PDF instead of printing? Yes — choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the same print dialog. No account, nothing to install.

Do I need special label paper? No. Print on full-sheet label paper to peel and stick, or on plain paper or cardstock and cut the labels out to tape, tie, or glue on.
