Printable Place Cards

Printable table place cards for weddings, dinners, and holidays — ten name cards per sheet, each one editable. Print on light card stock, cut apart, and fold into a tent, or stand them in a card holder.

If you're folding these into tents, print on cardstock and score the fold line before folding so the card stands straight. Do a one-card test print first to confirm the name sits in the top half.

How it works: this page is the template — the sheet above is exactly what prints. Set the columns and rows to match your label sheet, choose "same text on every label" (type once, it fills all) or "type each label separately", then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: pick "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog. Alignment: these are adjustable templates, not brand-locked; getting an exact Avery match sometimes needs a small tweak, so print one test page on plain paper and hold it against your labels first.
