Printable Blank Labels

A blank printable label template you set up yourself: pick the grid (columns × rows), turn borders on or off, choose a text size, and type into any label. Start from the common 30-per-sheet layout or dial in your own to match whatever label sheet you already bought.

Match the grid to your label sheet's count first (a 30-label sheet is 3 × 10, an 80-label sheet is 4 × 20), then print one test page on plain paper and hold it against the real label sheet to check the boxes line up before you print on the labels themselves.

How it works: this page is the template — the sheet above is exactly what prints. Set the columns and rows to match your label sheet, choose "same text on every label" (type once, it fills all) or "type each label separately", then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: pick "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog. Alignment: these are adjustable templates, not brand-locked; getting an exact Avery match sometimes needs a small tweak, so print one test page on plain paper and hold it against your labels first.
