Printable Name Tags

Printable "Hello, my name is" name tags, eight to a sheet — the badge-label layout (Avery 5395 style). Each tag is its own editable box, so you can type a whole group's names before you print, or leave them blank to write in by hand at the door.

Sticker-style name badges peel off clothing better when the text is bold and short — a first name in large type reads across a room; a full name in small type doesn't.

How it works: this page is the template — the sheet above is exactly what prints. Set the columns and rows to match your label sheet, choose "same text on every label" (type once, it fills all) or "type each label separately", then hit Print. To save a PDF instead: pick "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog. Alignment: these are adjustable templates, not brand-locked; getting an exact Avery match sometimes needs a small tweak, so print one test page on plain paper and hold it against your labels first.
